Aaron Howe
After 13 years of dedicated training in the IT/Telecom fields, Aaron Howe decided it was time to launch a company that was committed to the highest levels of quality & service. In early 2008, Europa IT was born. Over the past 11 years, Aaron has built up a faithful clientele of businesses both large & small. How is such a young company like Europa IT able to be considered the "go-to" IT/Telecom contractor for some of the area's largest employers while also serving an ever-growing pool of up-&-coming small businesses in the greater Brattleboro area? Aaron does this by holding himself and the Europa IT staff to the highest standards of service & integrity. And the bar only gets raised higher with each passing day. Chrissy Howe
Chrissy Howe is the new Social Media Maven of Europa IT. She’s worked in Social Media Marketing independently for three years, gathering knowledge, working with insights, analytical data and tricky algorithms. She’s more widely known as the writer behind Full Metal Mommy, a parenting-based humor blog and social media brand. You can follow Europa IT on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and soon Instagram. Chrissy will be gearing up to assist in marketing and advertising management for Europa IT, including building a blog platform related to bringing more pertinent tech topics towards a wider non-tech audience. She’s responsible for sparking creative content that keeps the company fresh, upbeat and in the front of everyone’s mind. In addition to being Aaron’s wife, Chrissy is also the mother to the three young children that make the Howe Family as fun, spontaneous, loud and well-rounded as it could possibly be.

Scott Grisword
Meet Scott Griswold, our most senior team member. Scott began working with Europa IT in July, 2013. His attention to detail & personable approach make him a favorite with customers. He loves tuning up computers & installing networks by day, but at night you are likely to find him working the area music scene, as he has been doing for many years as a highly regarded musician. Scott is a pleasure to work with both for us and our customers as well.

Ian Hebson
After graduating from Full Sail back in the late 90’s from the Audio Engineering program, Ian spent time in areas like Tampa and San Diego working in various audio/visual positions. Eventually Ian made it back to Brattleboro VT where he worked in the service department as an Apple Certified Laptop and Desktop service technician. Ian worked on both Mac’s and PC’s performing various software and hardware services. His last job before joining our team was as a Software Support Tech for Mac based personal finance software. His previous employments gave him a wealth of experience both in technology and customer service!
When Ian is not at work he can usually be found fishing, snowmobiling, dirt biking or playing disk golf. Mostly Ian spends his time hanging out with his 5 year old son doing something involving trains of course.

Luke Rusten
Luke Rusten is always on the lookout for the bad guys. Hunting down hackers and keeping systems safe.
When Luke is not working he enjoys reading about the latest technologies, working out at the gym, or spending time with his son. He also enjoys computer games and has a love/hate relationship with his favorite football team the Philadelphia Eagles.

Mike Tatro
Mike Tatro comes on board with a wealth of experience in the IT/Telecom field. He comes from a family deeply rooted in technology as his father once owned Consult-Techs (a locally owned technology company) which was passed down to him. After many years of running the business Mike decided it was time to step away so he could focus on the most important things in life, but still loves working in the field so he came to Europa IT!
Mike is a family man and enjoys coaching sports and skiing with his daughter. We are happy to have him on board!
